Hey, I’m Molly – the founder of Glute Mama, a personal trainer, strength coach, and lifelong athlete.

I’ve been through every phase of fitness—bodybuilding, competitive running, struggling to stay consistent—and finally found the sweet spot between training hard and living fully. My approach is built on scientific training principles and real-life experience, helping women get stronger, more confident, and feel their absolute best.

With a background in personal training, women’s health, and adaptive fitness, plus my ongoing studies in culinary arts and nutrition, I take a holistic approach to strength and movement. Whether you're looking to build powerful glutes, move pain-free, or feel stronger in everyday life, I’m here to help you train smarter and set yourself up for lifelong success.

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, running trails, lifting heavy, and constantly learning.
